Building Careers Brick by Brick

In October 2009 Master Builders Association (MBA) came to Wilkinson with a succinct brief – to showcase careers in building and construction through an innovative Trans-Tasman campaign.

With the Australian Government’s stimulus package and historically low interest rates, our job was to communicate the great career opportunities in the building industry. Wilkinson’s campaign highlighted what was required in becoming a licenced tradesperson and the MBA’s role in helping people to achieve success in the building and construction industry.

The extensive media campaign, based on a mix of industry thought leadership and showcase events, covered New South Wales, the Northern Territory, Tasmania and New Zealand and was aimed at educating the target audience while steering them towards the MBA’s accredited training programs.
