Want to do Crisis PR? Be careful what you wish for…… not everyone is suited.

  1. Have the hide of a rhino, or, remain objective. In a crisis everyone is a critic. Be ready for the flack  – and it’s hurtful, unless you are one of the few who can see beyond it.
  2. Be there 24/7. Ask anyone in an Australian Prime Minister’s office – they know. A crisis can be exhausting.
  3. Be expert in traditional and social media. Easy said, harder done.
